Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Eric began his career at Highland and never looked back. What inspired him most was the chance to work collaboratively with talented people and help families bring their dream homes to life. Today, he finds deep fulfillment in seeing his teammates develop, achieve, and grow.

When he’s not coordinating complex operations, Eric enjoys woodworking, mountain biking, board games, and playing sports and music with his children. He and his wife share a blended family of six, three boys and three girls, proudly calling themselves a real-life Brady Bunch. A fun fact: Eric once played in an ’80s hair metal cover band named White Venom.
