She ensures everything is meticulously documented, organized, and cleanly communicated so construction can proceed smoothly and accurately.
Formally Trained, Passionately Committed
Karsyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Marketing and joined Highland Homes directly out of college. What began as an early passion, rearranging rooms late into the night as a child simply to make spaces feel fresh and inspiring, has grown into a rewarding career shaping luxury homes throughout the Treasure Valley. While she once questioned whether design could truly become a long-term profession, her commitment, talent, and growth at Highland have proven otherwise.
