As Design Assistant at Highland Homes, McKenna Conley plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the design and selections process runs smoothly. Working closely with Highland’s award-winning designer, Karsyn Yost, she keeps selections accurate and up-to-date, coordinates with trade partners, prepares detailed hand-off information for Project Managers, and helps ensure every detail stays on track from start to finish.

Kenna is passionate about working directly with clients and supporting them as they make design decisions that shape their future home. With a degree in Marketing and training in Real Estate and Staging, she brings both creative and organizational strengths to her role. Her hands-on coordination ensures information flows clearly between clients, designers, Project Managers, and trades, a key role in supporting Highland’s reputation for precision and care.

In her free time, McKenna enjoys wake surfing and snowboarding, embracing an active lifestyle that matches her energetic and positive approach to her work. Kenna is married and enjoys living in Eagle.
