Mike began his career managing the construction of ultra-luxury estates in Beverly Hills before bringing his expertise home to Idaho. With a Construction Management degree and Business minor from BYU, he blends deep technical knowledge with sharp business insight.

Mike enjoys golf, college football, BYU sports, traveling, and cheering for the Utah Jazz. He and his wife Jennie are parents to five children, two daughters-in-law, and one absolutely perfect grandson, and they love spending time together as a family.
